Destiny... what is?

Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, whatever you are thinking or feeling at this moment is your destiny.
We often wonder ( I know I've asked this question a billion times), What is my destiny?
But what I have finally understood, is that destiny just is.
Destiny is "the happening" right now! I always felt it was supposed to be some "BIG" thing that I would have "finally figured out", but it isn't.... Maybe the "BIG" happens along the way.
Destiny is this, me writing this blog, and you reading this blog. Pretty cool.
Hope you have a splendiforously beautiful day and enjoy every moment of your destiny.
peace,
Jenni

I agree. Destiny is here, it's now. Whenever I've looked for it anywhere other than 'here where I am now,' it has remained elusive. But the instant I give up the search, there it is.
Just as with so many things (ascension, for one), we tend to believe it can't be that simple. We think to 'get' something that important we have to search harder, work harder, become better (however we interpret that). No. All we have to 'do' is Be. Here. Now. Everything else comes out of that.
Thanks for this post.

thanks for posting this Jenni. Yes right now writing this responce to your blog is my destiny here and now.:)
Funny how the mind is always racing to wish this or that or think the next moment is better or this moment is not our destiny. Beyond the mind we are put into a society that portrayes images of what life should be like based upon stories. We are not stories, here now we are living.
thanks… I am off to enjoy my splendifurously (what was that word?) evening… (smile)
Hey, Jenni, agree with you totally? Isn't it wonderful to discover tha? So simple! :)
